Kimoo 面向年满 18 周岁的用户。你须提供真实信息，保护登录凭据，并满足活动适用的资格、许可及法律要求。发现账号被未经授权使用时，请及时联系支持。
不得冒充他人、共享管理员账号、绕过访问控制、欺诈、骚扰、上传无权使用的内容或从事违法、危险交易。
Accounts and eligibility
Kimoo is for people aged 18 or older. Provide accurate information, protect credentials and meet applicable activity qualifications, licences and legal requirements. Contact support promptly if your account is used without permission.
Do not impersonate others, share administrative accounts, bypass access controls, commit fraud, harass others, upload content without rights or arrange unlawful or dangerous transactions.
平台与主办方
Kimoo 提供活动发现、发布、购票、沟通及管理工具。活动页面标明实际主办方；由独立组织者提供的服务，其内容、场地和履行由该组织者负责。Kimoo 自营服务会明确标注官方身份。
蓝色认证表示相应身份资料已核验，金色官方标识表示平台官方身份；它们不保证活动安全、质量或结果，也不减免任何一方依法应负的责任。
Platform and organisers
Kimoo provides discovery, publishing, ticketing, communication and management tools. Each listing identifies its organiser. Independent organisers are responsible for their services, venues and performance; Kimoo-operated services are expressly identified.
Blue verification indicates the relevant identity has been checked; gold identifies the platform’s official identity. Neither guarantees safety, quality or outcomes or removes any party’s legal obligations.
活动与票务约定
发布者必须准确列明内容、地点、可提供数量、参加资格、时间、最终票价、预约要求及取消规则，及时说明重大变化，不得超售或虚构稀缺。售票方式、订单价格及取消规则以付款时确认的记录为准。
场次票适用于票面日期与时段；有效期票适用于所列服务及日期范围，预约要求必须在购买前说明。组织者不得设置与实际服务或适用礼品卡规则冲突的有效期，也不得因自身无法提供服务而简单以过期拒绝合理补救。
付款后活动票自动进入账号；核销码代表使用资格，请勿公开分享。只向获授权人员出示，已使用的票不能重复核销。发票、税务、执照和保险义务由依法应负责的主体承担。
Activity and ticket commitments
Disclose the service, venue, deliverable capacity, eligibility, time, all-in price, booking requirements and cancellation terms accurately. Communicate material changes and do not oversell or create false scarcity. The terms confirmed at purchase remain part of the order.
Session tickets apply to their stated time. Validity passes apply to the listed service and period, with booking requirements disclosed before purchase. Expiry terms must comply with applicable gift-card rules and the actual service; an organiser cannot simply rely on expiry after preventing use.
Paid tickets are added to the account automatically. Protect admission codes and show them only to authorised staff; used tickets cannot be redeemed again. The legally responsible party remains responsible for invoices, tax, licences and insurance.
支付、取消与结算
买家支付付款前确认的含费总额，不在付款后追加未披露的强制费用。组织者基础价与买家实付不同；银行打款费另按已披露的收款规则从结算扣除，不重复扣取买家已承担的支付处理费。
组织者取消时，受影响且应退款的订单进入原支付方式退款流程；退款处理中与支付提供方确认的已退款分别显示。归档活动不会删除订单或免除退款义务。取消截止时间和平台结算等待期不限制法定救济。
款项按已验证的订单、履行、退款及争议状态处理。符合条件的订单通常在活动结束或有效期届满 24 小时后进入结算流程，实际银行到账受 Stripe 和银行处理影响。详见付款与组织者结算、取消与退款政策。
Payments, cancellation and settlement
Buyers pay the all-in total confirmed before payment, with no undisclosed mandatory charge afterwards. Base price differs from the buyer total; disclosed bank-payout fees are deducted separately, without charging the organiser the buyer-funded processing fee again.
When an organiser cancels, affected refundable orders enter the original-method refund process. Processing and provider-confirmed refunds are shown separately. Archiving does not erase orders or refund obligations. Cancellation deadlines and settlement waits do not restrict statutory remedies.
Funds follow verified payment, fulfilment, refund and dispute states. Eligible orders normally enter settlement 24 hours after the event or validity period ends. Stripe and bank processing control bank arrival. The Payments and Refunds policies provide further details.
内容许可、审核与账号限制
你保留原创内容权利，并授予 Kimoo 非独占、免许可费的必要许可，用于按你选择的公开范围托管、展示、传输、适配格式、审核及备份。该许可限于提供和保护服务；删除后的必要保留见隐私政策，不授予与服务无关的广告或模型训练权利。
当有合理依据涉及违法、欺诈、安全风险、违反条款、退款或拒付时，Kimoo 可采取必要且相称的审核、下架、功能限制或暂停相关结算措施。除法律、安全或调查需要限制告知外，我们会说明原因，并可通过支持渠道申请复核。
平台可为法律、安全或服务变化更新规则。重大变化会通过合理渠道通知；变更不追溯降低既有订单已确认的权益。需要同意的事项会另行征求，不把历史记录改成新同意。
Content licence, moderation and restrictions
You retain ownership and grant Kimoo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence necessary to host, display within your selected audience, transmit, format, moderate and back up your content. The licence is limited to providing and protecting the service; necessary post-deletion retention follows the Privacy Policy. It grants no unrelated advertising or model-training rights.
Where reasonably justified by unlawful conduct, fraud, safety, a breach, a refund or a chargeback, Kimoo may take necessary and proportionate moderation, removal, access restrictions or holds on affected settlement. Reasons and a support review are available unless disclosure is limited for legal, safety or investigative reasons.
Rules may change for legal, safety or service reasons. Material changes are communicated through reasonable channels and do not retrospectively reduce confirmed order rights. Where agreement is required, it is requested separately; historical acceptance is not rewritten.
责任、消费者权利与联系
各方对其自身行为及依法应承担的责任负责。本条款不排除或限制澳大利亚消费者法及其他法律下不能排除的权利、保证和救济，也不将 Kimoo 自身依法应负的责任全部转给用户。
争议可先联系 admin@starcore.com.au 协助处理，不妨碍向消费者机构、监管机构或有管辖权的法院寻求救济。适用澳大利亚法律及相关州或领地法律；本条款不限制依法享有的管辖权选择。即时危险请拨打 000。
Responsibility, consumer rights and contact
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and legal duties. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees, rights or remedies or transfers Kimoo’s own legal responsibilities entirely to users.
